Huacachina Paracas and Nazca Overflight 2 day
220 USD Per person
A tour that combines Paracas, Huacachina and the Nazca Overflight is one of the most complete and exciting experiences to explore southern Peru. Below, I offer you a description of each of these destinations and what the tour entails:
Paracas is a coastal town famous for its biodiversity and natural landscapes. Here you can do several activities that allow you to enjoy the beauty of the desert and the sea. On the Paracas tour you will visit the Paracas National Reserve and the Ballestas Islands, a place full of marine fauna such as Humboldt penguins, dolphins, sea lions and guano birds.
The Huacachina tour takes place in a small oasis in the middle of the desert, located near the city of Ica. It is a unique destination for its desert landscapes and its calm lagoon, surrounded by immense sand dunes. The most sought-after things on the Huacachina tour are the buggy rides and sandboarding: The dunes of Huacachina are famous for enjoying adventure activities. Buggy rides are thrilling as the vehicle takes you across the dunes at high speed. Afterwards, you can go sandboarding, sliding down the sand slopes.
The Nazca flyover tour is famous for its mysterious Nazca Lines, a set of gigantic geoglyphs that can only be fully appreciated from the air. The Nazca flyover by plane is one of the most fascinating experiences you can have in Peru. You will be able to observe enormous geometric and animal figures, such as the hummingbird, the monkey and the spider, which were created by the Nazca culture between the 3rd and 8th centuries AD. The flyover allows you to see the figures clearly and appreciate the complexity of these lines, whose purpose is still a subject of debate.
This tour is ideal for those who want to get to know some of the most emblematic and mysterious destinations on the Peruvian coast, combining nature, adventure and historical culture in a single trip.
