It is a traditional Andean soup from Cusco, its name means «type of food» and it was created by residents of that time since many of them dedicated themselves to work on the farms, work that lasted several hours a day, for that reason they sought a consistent meal that allows them to work continuously without feeling hungry. It was thus that they created this consistent and rich in vitamins soup.
